Position Overview:

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled PR Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. The PR Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing PR campaigns, building relationships with media outlets, and managing client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PR industry, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns for clients

- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers

- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials

- Coordinate and manage media interviews and events

- Monitor and track media coverage and provide regular reports to clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR strategies align with overall marketing goals

- Proactively pitch stories and secure media placements for clients

- Manage and maintain client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for PR-related inquiries

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new PR opportunities for clients

- Assist with crisis communication and reputation management for clients, as needed

- Contribute to the development of PR proposals and presentations for potential clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in PR, preferably in an agency setting

- Strong understanding of PR principles and practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven track record of securing media placements and building relationships with media outlets

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in PR software and tools, such as Cision, Meltwater, or Muck Rack

- Experience in crisis communication and reputation management is a plus

- Creative and strategic thinking skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
