You will work closely with our clients to navigate the complex world of federal security requirements and certifications. Responsibilities

Lead the effort to obtain and maintain Federal ATOs and accreditations for our systems. Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with federal security standards. Develop and implement security policies and procedures. Develop and maintain RMF documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities. Provide expertise and guidance on federal security regulations and best practices. Stay current with evolving federal security requirements and standards. Qualifications

Active Top Secret security clearance Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 7 years of experience in information assurance and cyber security. Familiarity with Federal ATO processes and NIST Cyber Security Framework. Strong knowledge of federal security regulations and standards (e.g., FISMA, RMF). Experience conducting security assessments and audits. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
