Northpoint Roofing Systems, a renowned roofing company known for its commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction and ranked 653 on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list along with a 26th position in the competitive construction sector is looking for a Roofing Superintendent to work out of our Newnan office located at 20 Baker Rd, Suite 3, Newnan, Georgia. The Roofing Superintendent is responsible for managing an assigned crew of subcontractors and to ensure that projects are safely and successfully completed in accordance to safety and quality standards. Our Roofing Superintendents are experienced roofing professionals who are physically fit and capable of climbing ladders and lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials. Responsibilities Oversee subcontractor crews; ensure safety, quality, productivity and morale within each assigned project Collaborate with internal production team to determine project needs Work at job site along side crews and serve as main point of contact for homeowners Hold crews accountable my measuring job progress toward established quality, productivity and safety goals Conduct property assessments, plan construction processes and schedules, estimate costs and ensure projects are on budget Plan inspections and obtain construction permits Order appropriate equipment; track orders and materials Record all project activity within Company CRM Ensure job sites remain safe, clean and orderly Resolve on-site issues and emergencies; immediately investigate all incidents and report to management Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years supervisory experience with experience in home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Pest, etc.) preferred Ability to travel; must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license Knowledge of the principles, practices and materials and tools of the roofing trade Familiarity with OSHA standards, building codes, laws, and regulations Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads (iPadOS) Benefits Company vehicle and fuel card Medical, dental and vision insurance Prescription benefits Life insurance Disability benefits Paid Time Off Casual dress code Powered by JazzHR
