Job Summary:
Records trust transaction and maintains individual trust accounting records to comply with trust agreements, regulatory deadlines, industry practices and accounting principles.

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Process individual trust account deposits/distributions
  • Process profit sharing participant notice mailings and distributions
  • Process 1099 tax forms and mailings for all trust distributions
  • Process wire transfers for trust investment purchases
  • Performs unclaimed trust voucher research
  • Enters trust transaction activity into Trust Processor automated system
  • Assists with Trust Committee Meeting reports and/or copies
  • Creates charitable trust application summary
  • Process Treasury Bill purchase/sale transactions
  • Assist manager with audit/examination copies
  • Supports shareholder area with shareholder visits, stock transfers, address updates on shareholder system, shareholder report reviewer, shareholder mailings, reporting lost
  • Maintains end of year car mileage report
  • Supports safe deposit area in providing access/open/close of boxes
  • Serves as reviewer for safe deposit unpaid reports
  • Assists with medallion signature guarantee updates
  • Process distribution tax withholding deposits
