Continuous monitoring of the Critical Path activities, with special attention to implementation of proper milestones and KPIs for anticipated warning to the Project Management team, focusing on de-risking the Project. Ensure the proper implementation, together with the EPC Contractor, of the detailed project control tools, focusing on the preparation of the Level 4 schedules and different detailed registers for proper monitoring of the weekly progress. Reporting : Review and comment on the monthly progress report coming from the EPC Contractor, with special focus on all contractual issues that can be a risk for the Project Company or the schedule itself. Document Control : Oversee and manage the work of the Document Controller. In the event that any claim arises in the project: responsible to prepare/analyze/configure the different analyses required to address the claim.
