Digital Product Specialist

As a Digital Product Specialist, you will oversee product development and is responsible for creating new products and ensuring that those products are a match for the target audience and are aligned with the overall with the banks strategy.
Responsibilities
Works closely with multiple departments throughout the bank including business, marketing, and IT
Builds and support customer centric approach for product portfolio and makes strategic decisions with the customer needs in mind
Qualifications

At least 3-7 relevant work experience handling digital products related to online payment, online banking, and alike
Must have a Bachelor's or College degree
Strong UX design knowledge
Able to make go-to-market plans, develop action plans, and implements client engagement strategies
Able to prepare and recommend pricing models and policies to be competitive in the market and drive customer take-up/engagement
Able to conduct financial analysis and build a business case
Has an understanding of banking and related industry domains, including consumer trends, technological disruptions, and competitive factors that affect products evolving in its space
Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality. work and projecting a positive attitude
