Essential Job Functions:
•Assist in the management and operation of network infrastructure, providing support to the customer and overall delivery team.
•Contribute to the implementation of network infrastructure strategies and projects.
•Help maintain the performance and availability of network systems while troubleshooting issues.
•Collaborate with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements, support design and/or implementation, and troubleshoot problems.
•Participate in the implementation of best practices and process improvements within the network services area.
•Assist/lead the development of network documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
•Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation for network infrastructure tasks and projects.
•Effectively communication to provide cross-functional support and collaborate with team members and the customer.
Basic Qualifications:
•Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in network services delivery, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
•Senior-level network infrastructure knowledge and experience in large enterprise environments
•Minimum of 3 years' experience with enterprise wireless networking technologies
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
•A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
•An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
•Cisco ISE experience
•Private LTE networking experience a plus
•Relevant certification(s), such as CCNP, are a plus

After on-boarding will participate in off-hours on-call rotation that could require occasional overnight/weekend support.
** This role is on-site role (not remote) in Pascagoula, MS. **
