If you're a problem-solver with experience in a manufacturing environment, this is your chance to make a significant impact on our operations.YOUR IMPACT ON OUR TEAMCollaboration: You will partner with our quality, production, and maintenance teams to enhance our processes, reliability, quality, and efficiency.Drive Change: You will play a pivotal role in the ongoing improvements to our annealing process and other continuous improvement projects.Solve Problems: You will aid in Root Cause Analysis of process-related defects, ensuring the resolution of any issues affecting our final products.Customer Advocate: You will contribute to troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, utilizing failure analysis and metallographic interpretations to uphold our commitment to best-in-class service.WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE FROM YOUFour-year degree in Materials Engineering or another related technical field.Two-plus years in a manufacturing environment.Metallurgy and steel manufacturing knowledge, including the use of metallurgical lab equipment.Experience in an IATF 16949 or ISO-9000-based quality system.Experience in APQP and PPAP processes.Why wait, start a career with us today Join the Charter family and grow with us. #CharterSJS123#LI-Onsite#LI-CS1
