The position is an on-site contract role with a possible extension. W2 and local candidates only. Title: Business Analyst (ServiceNow) Key Responsibilities Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for ServiceNow modules and enhancements. Support configuration tasks within ServiceNow under the guidance of senior developers and architects. Help build and maintain basic workflows, forms, UI policies, and simple scripts. Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking. Support data collection, data validation, and migration activities during regional rollouts. Provide onsite support to project teams and end users, including troubleshooting and issue triage. Assist with project documentation, training materials, and user guides. Ensure alignment with established ServiceNow standards, governance, and best practices. Preferred Responsibilities Daily operational support and global rollout of ServiceNow platform. Required Qualifications 12 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or application support. Exposure to ServiceNow (coursework, certification, or hands?on experience). Basic understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB). Strong analytical, communication, and problem?solving skills. Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the full duration of the project. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or progress toward certification. Experience supporting enterprise applications or participating in system rollouts. Exposure to Agile methodologies or project delivery frameworks. Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments is a plus.
