NORTHWEST COMMUNITY HEALTH CTR Clinical Team Lead Recruitment LIBBY, Montana Apply Now The Clinical Team Lead is a supervisory position for all Northwest Community Health Center (NWCHC) medical support staff (Medical Assistants, Clinical Admin Assistants, and Care Coordinators). The selected candidate is responsible for departmental staff coordination, interdepartmental communication, and effective patient triage of patient issues and situations ensuring the delivery of safe nursing care to patients. The position functions as a resource for clinical questions, participates in quality activities including monitoring of metrics using stated goals and objectives, and aligns work and resource management with the organization's mission and values. Primary job duties include: Human resource management including but not limited to: employee hiring, orientation, scheduling, training, and performance appraisals. Management of NWCHC vaccine program including ordering, monthly inventory, and state reporting. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations that are in accordance with evidence-based standards. Ensures adequate supplies on hand and completes inventory management. Coordinates laboratory equipment control and maintenance. Completes insurance Prior Authorizations as needed. Provides direct patient care when needed to ensure efficient operations. Candidates will need to be either a Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN, and must demonstrate 2 years of relevant work experience. Wage will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
