Position Summary

The Epic Support Analyst is responsible for the successful adoption of Epic application modules and the optimization of user engagement. The Support Analyst will provide system maintenance, configuration, testing and training to enhance system design modifications, clinical workflow engagement, and strengthen user acceptance of features and functionality of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) software. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-3 years of technical training experience, or an equivalent combination of technical training and professional clinical experience required.
2-3 years of leading workgroups and teams to optimize the staff's use of the EHR application, implementation of new systems and functionality, workflow optimization, and use of data and reports for quality improvement.
Hiring preference is providedto members of the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California followed bymembers of other federally recognized tribes. Must pass and comply withthe PL101.630-Indian Child Protection and Family Violence ProtectionAct. Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California requires any designatedcandidate to complete a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, mustpossess a valid NV or CA. driver license within thirty (30) days ofemployment, (when applicable) and PL 101-630 Criminal / CharacterInvestigation background check.
