Position: What’s the formal title? Finance Analyst Company: Who are we? Exxir is a fully integrated real estate and hospitality firm in the Bishop Arts District. Role: What could you be doing? Assist in the daily workflow related to budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and management/investor reporting. This position will report to the Director of Finance and Accounting. You will assist in various activities, including quarterly reporting, financial modeling, and market research and analytics. This position will regularly interact with the executive management teams, including responding to direct inquiries, communicating results, and providing perspective on analyses. A proactive and adaptive attitude is required for this evident role.

Preferred Qualifications Understanding of and ability to analyze financial statements Programming experience, such as VBA Real estate industry experience
