Perform site visits and inspections. Responsible for maintaining project schedules and achieving all project deadlines and milestones within the project budget. Qualifications Master's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. Florida P.E. License desired. Strong understanding of all commonly used construction materials (concrete, steel, aluminum, wood, light gauge framing, and reinforced masonry). Extensive knowledge of standard and local construction practices and national and state design codes and design standards. Extensive design experience utilizing structural design software such as Risa Floor, Risa-3D & Risa Foundation, ETABS, Adapt Builder, Adapt PT/RC and Wood Works Design Suite. Proficient using Revit Design Suite 2024 and later. 5+ years of design and engineering experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
