Who We Are:
Conexess is a full-service staffing firm offering contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placements. We have a wide range of recruiting capabilities, from help desk technicians to CIOs. We are also capable of offering project-based work.

Conexess Group is currently looking to add a Technical Recruiter to our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be tasked with building relationships with new and existing candidates interested in career advancement.

Job details:
  • Develop and nurture candidate relationships and gather requirements for new and existing opportunities using internal databases, job boards, social media, and other search engines, etc.
  • Works with managers and stakeholders to define job specs/requirements.
  • Continuously build and mature candidate pipelines
  • Generate leads and market intelligence for our sales and new client development efforts
  • Multi-task, problem-solve and assist Account Managers in managing client relationships.
  • Works on full cycle recruiting - sourcing, vetting, submittals, interview setup/follow up, and on boarding/offers.
An ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
  • An outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting or sourcing experience (i.e. sourcing, vetting, submittals, interview setup/follow up, and on boarding/offers).
  • Experience with any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) - SmartRecruiters would be a huge plus
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite of products - primarily PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • High-energy individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to identify, qualify and close new candidates.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales, cold-calling and acquiring new business is a plus.
  • Four-year college degree preferred.
