What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols. Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and provide directions or information as needed. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and/or incidents. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
