Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
Responsibilities:
Continuously seek, identify and train new mentors through LinkedIn or other recruitment channels
Prepare mentor reserves and BD planning based on company strategic goals and North American industry trends
Cultivate cooperative relationships with existing mentors and continuously explore cooperation opportunities
Identify new internal referral partners and cooperation opportunities, and regularly provide customers with new internal referral opportunities
Maintain existing internal referral relationships and complete internal referral tasks
Requirements:
Optimistic attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
Able to work under pressure
Good at handling interpersonal relationships, able to identify and handle sensitive issues
Work experience: 1-3 years
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or other related fields
Bonus point: Experience in headhunting or HR Recruiter
