We have a fantastic opportunity for a Banking Graduate at our London or Birmingham Office. As a Banking Graduate, you will receive comprehensive training and development to help you become a successful professional in your chosen field. In the first year you will be assigned to different departments and business units, where you will gain exposure to a variety of roles and functions within the organisation. In the second year, you will have the choice of which department to work and develop your skills in.

Please note, applications will close on 31st May 2024. Shortlisting of candidates will begin at the end of June and we will reach out to the selected candidates to arrange interviews, which will begin in July. Successful candidates will start in September.

Qualifications & Experience

Academic and/or professional qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Graduated within the last two years
  • Completed GCSE and A Level or equivalent qualifications

Desirable

  • Understanding of Financial Services
  • Understanding of Islamic Finance (Not essential)
