Vice President Finance

We are in search of an energetic, strategic, and hands-on finance leader to drive overall transformation and results excellence within the financial accounting area.

Our confidential client is a leading and dynamic global organization in their industry, operating with a very strong presence across continents, and rapid expansion goals. They are seeking a successful finance executive to lead the US operation, reporting to the President.

The Vice President, Finance position requires a demonstrated leader with a financial education background. The ideal candidate will provide support to the entire organization, including cost accounting, general accounting, cost reduction, forecasting, margins, audit, M&A and FP&A, within high growth manufacturing operations. We are looking for someone who is agile and creative, as well as well-versed in all financial related functions, preferably in international operations. In addition, this person will require a strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS. Further information will be shared with qualified candidates.

The Position

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create financial credibility and trust in the organization while contributing to enhancements in lane of expertise
• Travel, both domestically and internationally, as needed. Monthly travel involved
• Handle integrations, setting and monitoring KPIs, and monitoring group reporting

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with costing, cost reduction, forecasting, margins, and audit
• Strong experience with cost accounting is required
• Proven experience as a leader in a high growth environment
• Creative, detail oriented, analytical, and hands-on
• Contract management experience needed
• Can handle a fast-paced and dynamic organization
• Experience with both FP&A and Accounting
• Financial educational background or related experience, MBA preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred
• International work experience or exposure (European preferred) required
