This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) Business Analysis Services team. Communicate effectively and efficiently. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously. Develop, and maintain systems and process documentation. Initiate and deliver requirements and documentation and guide business owners through the EPMO Project Process. Develop relationships with partners for optimized systems integration. Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations All you need for success: Critical skills for success are high-detail planning, expert ability to communicate, and the ability to perform top-notch analyst work. Proven experience in a systems analysis, support, or design capacity. Practical experience generating process documentation and reports. Possess proven ability to develop productive, team-oriented relationships. Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate's name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
