Job Description: We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist with experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce and driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, fostering a positive work environment. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Partner with department heads to identify training needs and deliver targeted development initiatives. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and provide guidance on benefit-related inquiries. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including personnel files and HRIS updates. Process payroll and ensure accuracy in timekeeping systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in HR roles, with tech industry experience a plus. Strong understanding of employee management and workforce dynamics. Monitor HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
