Program Coordinator / Working with Seniors Join Portfolio Resident Services, Inc. as a Program Coordinator focused on seniors and community programs. Base Pay Range $17.50/hr Schedule Part?time, 2 days per week (9?am2?pm MondayFriday). Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required. Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between PRS and the affordable housing community, maintaining professional and courteous relationships. Create and implement a monthly calendar of developmental activities and essential resources for residents. Provide a welcoming environment and serve as the initial point of contact at the community center. Maintain sign?in sheets and report on program hours and participation. Design, create, and distribute flyers and monthly calendars; distribute door?to?door throughout the property. Oversee program offerings, recruit and coordinate volunteers, solicit donations, and collaborate with community partners. Log communications with volunteers, community partners, and donations on a monthly basis. Inform residents about local resources and assistance. Ensure the community center is clean, organized, and safe. Maintain PRS binders, documents, and forms in neat order. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Available to work 2 days per week; hours 9?am2?pm MondayFriday. Occasional evening and weekend availability as needed. Experience in education, social work, non?profit, or related field; volunteer experience considered. Experience working with children, teens, adults, and/or seniors. Ability to work independently without supervision and multitask. Exceptional organizational, computer, and administrative skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
