Our Entry Level Customer Enrollment Specialists embody the highest level of professionalism and ensure each customer feels seen and heard. An ideal candidate for this role will possess a passion for customer service and a drive for making a difference in the lives of others. Every Customer Enrollment Specialist starts from the entry level and is cross-trained in the following areas:Customer Relationship Management (CRM)TruConnect product and service offeringsCustomer Enrollment & Account ManagementComplaint ResolutionCompliance & StandardsLeadership DevelopmentWhat the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Specialist does:Collect information from candidates and qualify them for the TruConnect programExplain program requirements accurately, follow up with clients to ensure you are meeting their needs, and collect all documentation needed for enrollmentProvide guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidatesSupport the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Specialist team by accurately updating and reviewing customer account informationEmpathize with customers concerns and find satisfactory resolutions to any complaints that may ariseAttend daily meetings alongside fellow Entry Level Customer Enrollment Specialists to sharpen customer service skills and ensure a thorough understanding of the programWhat we are looking for in an Entry Level Customer Enrollment Specialist:Must be 18 years of age +A high school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a relevant customer-facing roleExcellent relationship-building skills and the ability to empathize with customersWillingness to work both independently and as part of a teamA history of volunteering or fundraising is a plus#LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHRZikEUYnRUw#J-18808-Ljbffr
