Bliv en del af vores Finance-team I rollen som Finance Consultant i Basico får du en varierende opgaveportefølje med egne ansvarsområder. Du vil få en spændende hverdag med en bred kontaktflade internt i Basico samt til vores eksterne konsulenter og kunder. Ud over varetagelse af arbejdsopgaver i hovedselskabet vil du også komme til at arbejde med en række mindre selskaber. Du vil arbejde med højt automatiserede processer og bl.a. varetage følgende opgaver: Deltagelse i salgsfakturering Registrering/bogføring af kreditorbilag via Document Capture Kontrol/bogføring af udlægsbilag og kørsel via Expense Management Anlægskartotek, herunder afskrivninger Periodiseringer/forudbetalinger Afstemninger Indberetning til offentlige statistikker Betaling af kreditorer samt udlæg til personale via Payment Management Momsafstemning, herunder indberetning samt sandsynliggørelse Opfølgning på timeregistrering. Du bliver en del af et engageret team med høj faglighed og specialisering, som har fokus på høj kvalitet i leverancer til huset. Afdelingen består af Finance Director, Accounting Manager, Senior Finance Controller og trainee, og du vil have tæt dialog og sparring med resten af teamet. Du trives i en rutinepræget hverdag og kan genkende dig selv i flere af følgende punkter: Du har en relevant baggrund som fx finansøkonom, bachelor i økonomi eller kontorassistent med speciale i økonomi. Du kan formulere dig ubesværet på både dansk og engelsk. Du arbejder ubesværet i Excel, og hvis du har erfaring med Dynamics 365 Business Central, er det en fordel. Du trives med selvstændigt fordybende arbejde. Du er kommunikativt stærk, har empati og forstår at skabe tillid. Du er energisk og serviceminded og kaster dig gerne ud i problemløsning.
