**Description:**Individual supports production activities through ordering, storing, tracking, and moving of materials throughout the facilityMaintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.Monitor inventory and communicate any shortage.Participate in warehouse processes including cycle counts, material identification, and inventory controlMaterial cutting and handling including various types of metals.Expedite product throughout the production facility using an order picker, forklift, and pallet jack.Transport materials on and offsite in a safe and timely manner, using company vehicles and equipment.Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and tear down of work areas, equipment and materials; keeps work area neat and tidy. Organizes such materials and equipment, data, and workflow to ensure job requirements are achieved.Read, interpret, and adhere to work instructions, regulations, manuals, and quality procedures.Properly operate, maintain, and store mechanical tools and equipment required to perform the job.Report job status to the supervisor including any malfunctions, non-conformances, damaged equipment, or other obstacles to production.Ensure the on-time completion of tasks and reviews work for quality and completeness.Take into consideration and participates in activities that fulfill compliance requirements to the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Quality Standards and the Quality Manual, as applicable.Demonstrate clear and effective communication, both verbal and written. Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate paperwork as required, including job reports, timekeeping records, etc.Adhere to all applicable environmental, safety, and health, and operations procedures and directives, including the proper use of personal protective equipment following manufacturer specifications, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company guidelines.Ensure and promote safe work practices and rectify job site hazards, including clean work areas.Read, understand, and interpret the lockout/tag-out indicators in the work area.Know, understand, and adhere to organizational policies and procedures; align with and represents the mission, vision, and core values.Perform other related tasks as assigned, some of which may become essential to the position.**Skills:**production, Material handling, Forklift, bandsaw**Top Skills Details:**production,Material handling**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**Demonstrated abilities in problem-solving, critical thinking, and mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and basic geometry).Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to operate company vehicles.
