** Learning Management System Support Specialist (LMS Support Specialist)** at Signify Health

This role will report to our Senior Manager - Onboarding & Education. This position works to oversee the LMS and training process for new clinicians and clinicians requiring further education. This position will update, develop and create training materials as necessary for clinician education for the Signify Health products. Capture data analytics from the LMS and report out on findings. Serve as LMS SME in cross functional settings. * Manage the LMS to continually improve LMS processes and activities, and enhance the learning experience and outcomes for our clinicians * Develop, coordinate, and maintain the mapping of learning activities within the LMS, including creation of learning activities, learning plans and learning tracks * Update and improve user experience tracks the LMS * Provide subject matter expertise and training on LMS + Work to identify external resources and vendors that specifically meet e-learning needs * Manage maintenance of content, assessment of content and collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to generate best practices for the LMS * Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements. * Direct training/education conferences when needed * Activate clinicians in the LMS and assign necessary training * Ensure no clinician begins project without required training * Be a resource for external educational/sales/marketing materials development * Create and maintain reports for compliance, onboarding, and any other training provided by Signify Health * Communicate effectively with recruiters, credentialing and onboarding team regarding clinician training * Answer clinician questions regarding the learning process and learning materials * Work diligently to ensure all posted learning materials are current easily accessible and retired as deemed necessary * May be required to create, review and maintain educational materials, including web-based materials, PowerPoint presentations, Adobe Captivate modules, and all other media types. **We are looking for someone with:** * /B.S. degree in business administration, computer information systems, educational technology, or instructional design strongly preferred * 3+ years of experience building, extending, and managing a learning management system using Salesforce * Experience with curriculum development and/or eLearning development and publishing with e-learning standards like SCORM and AICC * Experience with vendor management as well as working with a diverse group of users (e.g., clinical, marketing, etc.) * Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish with strong cross-functional stakeholder collaboration * Proven working experience in digital learning course and content development * Knowledge of course development software * Lesson and curriculum planning skills * A self-starter, own the work, question the work, make the processes better without having to be be asked * Strong problem-solving and analytics skills * Proficient Salesforce capability, limits and limitations * Establish & implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc * Design, document, build, test & deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards w/in Salesforce * Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of internal and external groups in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Creative thinker, open to change, and learns quickly when facing new problems * Demonstrated ability to act with autonomy and independence while fulfilling priorities and meeting critical deadlines * Proven organizational and project management skills with a focus on digital Signify Health is helping build the healthcare system we all want to experience by transforming the home into the healthcare hub.
