Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description
Actalent is hiring multiple contract to hire positions for the Aluminum Machining Department at the Anna Engine Plant. The Manufacturing Engineering role involves leading, creating, and implementing innovative technical activities and solutions in the areas of Mass Production, Business Plan, and New Model to efficiently meet or exceed Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and characteristic targets. Key responsibilities include effective communication across all levels of the organization, analyzing daily reports to identify gaps and develop countermeasures, utilizing data analysis and PDCA to solve complex problems, monitoring equipment and processes, developing team capabilities, establishing priorities based on data analytics, managing project implementation, testing new technologies, and managing investment and expense budgets.
Hard Skills
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
+ Co-Op Experience in Engineering Manufacturing or Automation Experience (PLC or CNC)
+ 2-5 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering
+ PLC Automation Experience

Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Anna, Ohio.
Work Environment
Steel Manufacturing work environment. 50% desk, 50% on the plant floor. Heavy equipment focus.
