A leading financial company, located in Buena Park, is searching for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team full-time. You will be responsible for the management of P&L Statements and monthly forecasts preparations. You will manage a senior financial analyst, and work directly with digital finance leadership. This position is hybrid with 4 days in and 1 day remote. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $140,000 per year.

Job Description:Manage expectations on Forecast scenarios with senior leadership at the company and investor relations explaining drivers, assumptions, and Forecast variance as neededOrganize and consolidate a monthly, rolling 18-month Forecast for over 10 Send Markets globally with an understanding of key business drivers, business trends and competitive analysisFacilitate a customer-centric Revenue Forecast, with focus on Remittance Corridors and consideration of seasonality, cultural holidays, and macroeconomic trendsCollaborate with HR Recruitment leadership to understand ROI of labor force investments and timing of labor cost impactConstruct models for M&A opportunities, perform scenario analysis, lead financial due diligence on acquisition targets, and support the integration of acquired businessesRequirements:

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsTime management and ability to complete work under tight deadlinesAbility to work cross functionally and support multiple senior level clientsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAble to communicate complex information to a variety of audiencesExperience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance required. MBA a plus10+ years' of in financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis experienceFinancial Modeling and Capital Budgeting Experience
