We are seeking a HRIS Coordinator to support the HRIS Manager through input, coordination and support for Human Resource Information System (HRIS) transactions, processes and projects to ensure operational efficiency, accurate recordkeeping and compliance.This position is full-time, and hybrid to work out of Mather's HQ office in Evanston, Illinois two to three times a week.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPartners with HRIS Manager in oversight and maintenance of the HRIS, Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) and time and attendance systemsEstablishes and maintains electronic personnel files and coordinates record retentionActs as a liaison between HR, IT and internal stakeholdersProvides support and troubleshooting to end usersProvides administrative support to SVP of HRMather is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
