Northampton Country Club looking for enthusiastic Pool Managers to oversee our pool facility. This will be a seasonal position from mid-May to mid-September. This position is the face of our Pool operation and responsible for our members and guests' experiences. Pool Managers' responsibilities include ensuring our pool area is safe, clean and tidy when members arrive. You will also assist in the creation of a pool calendar of events for the summer, swim lessons, and the swim club. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality pool experience that will help us maintain and attract new members.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the lifeguards
  • Give a warm welcome to the members upon entrance
  • Collaborate with operations team to create summer calendar of events at the pool
  • Collaborate with other managers
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Keep the pool area clean and safe for all members
  • Scheduling of Lifeguards for day-to-day, swimming lessons, pool events, and routine trainings
