As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.Designated Jobs:1. Handyman:- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties.- Carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general handyman duties.- Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues.- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.2. Electrician:(Certified or Licensed)- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.- Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations for safety and quality.- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.3. Plumbing:(Certified or Licensed)- Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.- Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.- Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients.4. HVAC Technician:(Certified or Licensed)- Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.- Conduct routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency.- Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure proper functionality.- Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and address issues promptly.- Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance and repairs.Job Description:Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in commercial/residential buildingEnsure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.MUST HAVE transportation and toolsBasic math skillsGood communication abilityWell-organized and apt in problem-solvingAttention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a handymanExperience with hardware tools and equipmentRequirements and Qualifications : High school diploma or GED certificate preferredAble to lift at least 50 lbs.Familiarity with basic hand and power toolsReliable transportationFlexible scheduleMechanical aptitudeContractor or journeyman license is a plusAdditional Benefits- We cover the cost of materials.- We cover gas fees.Payment Method:- Weekly payments.- Direct bank transfer or CashApp for convenient transactions.Join us at Nandail Property Management and become part of a team dedicated to excellence in property maintenance and management.
