The position offers the right candidate to lead a talented team of engineers as well as work on the key projects in Georgia. Responsibilities: Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to time lines and budgets. Conduct site investigations, including soil and rock sampling, and oversee laboratory testing and analysis. Design geotechnical solutions, including foundations, retaining structures, slopes, and other earthworks. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with clients, project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and professional development support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia or the ability to obtain one within six months. A minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in geotechnical software and analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
