Remote PharmacistJob DescriptionAs a Pharmacist, you will perform comprehensive medication therapy reviews with eligible members, identify, prevent, and resolve medication-related problems, and document the member encounter in the MTM platform. You will conduct encounters with members to improve outcomes related to medication adherence, gaps in therapy, and other measures. You will also contribute to projects supporting business needs and collaborate with team members in MTM/CCM support roles.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive medication therapy reviews with eligible members.Identify, prevent, and resolve medication-related problems to maximize benefits and minimize costs.Document member encounters in the MTM platform.Complete outreach to other healthcare professionals as necessary.Conduct encounters with members to improve outcomes related to medication adherence, gaps in therapy, and other measures.Contribute to projects as needed to support business needs.Collaborate with team members in MTM/CCM support roles by providing assistance and guidance as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year as an MTM Pharmacist.Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree.Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.Eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship.Prior MTM/ambulatory care experience required.1+ years of MTM-specific experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsResidency that included MTM exposure preferred.Preference for insurance/PBM pharmacists over hospital/clinical pharmacists.Preference for candidates in CST/EST time zones, will consider MST.Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.CANNOT be located in California, Hawaii, or Virginia Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00•Medical, dental & vision•Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital•401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available•Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)•Short and long-term disability•Health Spending Account (HSA)•Transportation benefits•Employee Assistance Program•Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave)Workplace TypeThis is a fully remote position.Application DeadlineThis position will be accepting applications until Dec 6, 2024.About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
