Job Title: Director of Information Technology

Reports To: Chief Information Officer

Job Summary: The Director of Information Technology will provide strategic leadership for our IT operations, with a focus on talent development, process improvement, cybersecurity, data strategy, and software quality. This role will oversee a talented IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with our company's focus on innovative product development - Lead, mentor, and grow our IT talent, creating a high-performance team culture - Establish and continuously improve processes and SOPs for efficient IT operations - Oversee our cybersecurity strategy, implementing best practices to protect our systems and data - Define and execute a data strategy that supports data-driven decision making and product innovation - Drive software quality and development efficiency through effective use of agile methodology - Collaborate with product and business leaders to align IT initiatives with product roadmaps and company goals - Manage the IT budget, allocating resources strategically to support innovation and growth - Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage them for competitive advantage - Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices across the organization

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred - 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role in a SaaS or product-oriented company - Proven track record of leading IT in an agile, innovative product development environment - Deep understanding of modern software development practices, DevOps, and cloud technologies - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices - Experience defining and executing data strategies that drive business value - Talent for developing and motivating high-performing IT teams - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills - Passion for staying at the cutting edge of technology and applying it to drive innovation - Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum, CISSP) are a plus
