Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
Respond to and resolve tenant requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role as a maintenance technician r or related field
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and contractors
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Experience:
Complex mechanical: 3 years (Preferred)
Commercial Building maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
