We are anticipating several new clients in Texas coming through the pipeline very quickly and our job is to find the right talent now in preparation for the influx. These companies are looking for Acute Registered Nurses (RN) who are looking to work in Bay City, Texas. This is a great opportunity for you if you are familiar with dialysis and hospital emergency procedures with the ability to care for dialysis patients in an acute care setting.

The goal of this position - your core purpose and duty - is to Provide acute hemodialysis treatments for dialysis patients in clinic while cooperating and working together with co-workers to plan and complete job duties with supervisory direction.

Your daily duties include but are not limited to

  • Being responsible for direct patient care in an Inpatient Renal Replacement and Apheresis Service setting, providing appropriate treatment techniques as prescribed

  • Assessing patient responses to treatment therapy, making appropriate adjustments and modifications to the treatment plan as indicated by the physician

  • Collaborating and communicating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to interpret, adjust, and coordinate daily patient care plans to ensure continuity of care
  • Accurately documents all treatment information in patient records and hospital records, as needed

  • Provides supervision and direction of Patient Care Technicians, CCHT, and clerical staff; provides direction and education to ICU staff for CRRT.
