PYA Waltman Capital Client Services Coordinator

PYA Waltman Capital, LLC is seeking a qualified Client Service Coordinator candidate to join our growing team. The Client Service Coordinator actively participates in the continuous improvement of the firm's standardized processes, collaborates with teams throughout the firm, and ensures timely and accurate execution of requests. The ideal candidate enjoys analyzing problems to find solutions and providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally.RESPONSIBILITIESAdministratively coordinate the setup up of new accounts, managed client and custodian paperwork, and generate client portfolio reportsProvide support to clients and the client planning team, including gathering and organizing data, assisting with preparation for client meetings, and managing action itemsMaintain the firm's document management systems and other relevant technological resourcesCollaborate on assignment completion in a solution-oriented manner with high attention to detailAssist with general office administrative tasks including scanning, account documentation, answering phones, and other projects and duties as neededREQUIREMENTS2+ years of administrative experience, preferably with a professional services firm or in the financial services industryProficiency in Microsoft Office required, especially in Excel and WordDetail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasksTeam player, collaborative, takes initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCommitted to providing excellent client service; possesses a passion to help new and existing clientsExhibits PYAWs values daily: excellence, trust, gratitude and growthPOSITION TYPEFull-time: office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Overtime may be required periodically depending upon workload and projects.
