We're on the lookout for a PR/Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team, someone who shares our commitment to crafting meaningful connections and is ready to lead with creativity, vision, and an unwavering dedication to quality.

Duties + Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships

Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, media outlets, and key stakeholders to amplify brand visibility and drive engagement.

Influencer Campaigns

Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns and events in coordination with product launches, campaigns, and promotions. This includes contracts, timelines, team communication, and key result tracking.

Brand Partnerships:

Identify, build, and manage strategic brand partnerships aimed at elevating the brand and driving incremental growth.
PR Management:

Oversee the PR & Affiliate Agency relationship and provide them with product, promotional materials, briefs, and all relevant information about launches, campaigns, or further brand initiatives.
Event Coordination

Plan and execute events, activations, and collaborations to create buzz and generate media coverage.

Brand Advocacy:

Identify and cultivate brand advocates among influencers and customers to amplify brand messaging and drive word-of-mouth marketing. Ensure that the organizations brand, identity, and voice is represented appropriately in all influencer and PR actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align PR and influencer strategies with broader business objectives.
Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze the performance of PR and influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management

Build out and manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.

Competitive Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive research on industry and influencer trends and provide recommendations and insight for integration in the MBM strategy.

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience with a proven track record of success in PR and influencer marketing roles, preferably within the consumer goods, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
Deep understanding of influencer landscape, media relations, and PR best practices.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to forge connections and negotiate partnerships effectively.
Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative campaigns and storytelling concepts.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to align PR and influencer strategies with business goals and KPIs.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
