**Description**

CastleBranch is seeking a Janitor to join our team. As a janitor, you will maintain a clean working environment for our CastleBranch team members. This position upholds the mission and values established by CastleBranch. Candidates should have a basic knowledge of use for cleaning equipment and appliances, familiarity with basic handyman practices, and should be attentive to detail.

**Scope of Services**

* Clean and sanitize all reception areas, workspaces, common areas, doors, and elevators

* Restock and replenish supplies in breakroom and other common areas

* Cleans and disinfects toilets and replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels

* Cleaning and maintenance of stairwells including wiping down doors and handrails

* Clean up spills with appropriate equipment

* Basic reparations of toilet handles

* Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs

* Collect and dispose of trash

* Keep cleaning supplies in stock

* Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning and other janitorial work

* Responds to urgent situations that require quick action

* Operates and maintains equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaners

* Lightbulb changes

* Minor paint and renovation jobs

* Must be comfortable climbing ladders

* Other duties may be assigned

**Top Skills/Experience**

* Experience in cleaning

* Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

* Ability to manage your time efficiently

* Work well when supervisors are not present

* Ability to lift at least 25 pounds

* Must be able to drive or have reliable transportation to work

* Comfortable climbing ladders

* Comfortable cleaning any messes that may occur in the office
