Perks + Benefits: Flexible scheduling full and part-time employment available Discounted meals (50% off) Performance-based hourly wage increases available Training and career growth opportunities Responsibilities + Duties: Follow recipes to prepare our craveably crafted food Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly Prep or cook each food item within the expected ticket time Understand the spec sizes, taste and visual expectations of all items Conduct industry best safety and sanitation practices Maintain a clean kitchen throughout the shift by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and removing the trash Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment Practice stellar communication with all coworkers during high-intensity shifts Qualifications + Skills: BOH restaurant experience preferred Fun and friendly Courteous and professional with guests, coworkers, and vendors Coachable with ability to apply feedback Strong communicator and active listener Able to work nights and weekends Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
