About the Role:

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be working closely with a cross functional team and business users to design differentiating experiences, identify and solve problems through innovation and technology, and be a thought leader and subject matter expert in select solutions such as apps and portals. You will design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that delight users and be instrumental in XO Health's execution of its business architecture. As a part of the Technology team, this person will work closely with Project Managers/Business Analyst, Architects and Software / Data Engineers to support the success of key initiatives and product launches that informs and drives insightto ensure XO's success. In addition to managing the more technical key initiatives, the Technical Project Manager assists in setting the tone for day-to-day inner workings of internal technical teams and clients, and ultimately ensures a positive, productive atmosphere.

The perfect candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and executing software development projects.

In This Role, You will:

Manage, plan, and coordinate the development of new products, enhancements of existing products and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs. Effectively communicate with business stakeholders to uncover their technology needs while understanding the technology landscape to produce innovative solutions and high-level designs, capturing functional requirements and design specifications. Define business value to develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements. Ensure business value realization and optimization, from value plans through consultancy, business case development, financial awareness, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to add value. Collaborate with leaders, domain experts and developers on technology work for each assigned line of business based on the Technology Portfolio and business priorities, while ensuring progress is on schedule and outcome is high quality. Determine reasonable roadmaps and deadlines for new products and product enhancements considering priority, business needs, financial limitations, and resource availability. Identify business issues, challenges, and areas of improvement to provide cost saving, streamlined and optimized solutions. Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets along to meet business needs. Measure adoption and work with business stakeholder to develop future roadmap and opportunities. Understand workflow design and documentation. Ability to articulate the operational workflow to technical resources to ensure deliverables meet the documented requirements. In conjunction with Technical Leads, drive the implementation of the project lifecycle process by following SDLC to ensure efficient and effective platforms for our business. Explain gaps and technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Responsible for effective Change Management for Technology led projects and changes. Review test plans, communications, training plans, delivery schedules, and project plans. Maintain positive relationships with business, technology, and partners by proactively setting expectations, coordinating information exchange and reporting project progress and risks. Keep management informed of key issues. Measure and communicate business value realized with the business stakeholder on a periodic basis. Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our customers. Facilitate meetings effectively, including executive level report outs and staff level brainstorming sessions.

We're Looking for People Who Have:

Recent experience in healthcare and/or life sciences leading large, complicated projects through the complete project lifecycle. 5+ years' experience of technical product management experience with one or more software products (i.e. CRM, App, Portal) that facilitate business operations, client or member experience and /or people use as a regular part of their daily work. Experience launching products, executing entire product development lifecycle, and developing long-term strategy for products. Experience in HL7, Smart on FHIR integrations, EHR integrations, and data pipeline experience is preferred. A strong background in agile development methodologies and tools such as confluence and Jira. Experience driving projects from idea to launch to outcomes, with a predictable cadence and involving multiple stakeholders from diverse disciplines. Comfort jumping into both the big picture strategy as well as on the ground details. A high level of judgment, analytical ability and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions. Experience with software development, management and technical team assignment. Experience with leading and writing technical documentation. Experience with leading, writing, and participating in functional testing. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Build constructive relationships to foster collaboration and cross-functional thinking. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
