Warehouse Clerk responsibilities:

  • Answer multi-line phone system, take accurate messages, and direct calls professionally.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including arranging deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain customer service records.
  • Perform inside sales duties and type correspondence accurately using Microsoft software.
  • Monitor and operate machinery and ensure timely document handling.
  • Process orders and shipments, ensuring data accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciling daily variances.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and internal departments, coordinate scheduling, and ensure all charges are accurately captured.
