In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, general coordination and project management to support the team that is responsible for E&C’s global governance, operations, policies, training, communications, and special projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background of independently managing high-volume processes and multiple time-sensitive projects.#Thisiswhere your legal expertise meets business needsWhat you’ll be doingDay-to-day administration and/or management of several systems and processes, such as policy management, Conflict of Interest, third party management, interaction with healthcare providers, and audit management.Support Baxter employees with policy-related requirements, such as cross-border approvals and the conflict of interest disclosures. Independently manage and/or support a wide spectrum of projects related to the maintenance, improvement or strategic development the global E&C Operations program.Manage E&C’s intranet, SharePoint and Teams sites. Coordinate the E&C global communication program by working with Corporate Communications.Work with the E&C data monitoring and analytics team to assist with system enhancements and maintenance. Organize and coordinate E&C team meetings and other such initiatives. What you’ll bringBS or BA strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to resolve issues, make independent decisions and achieve goalsExperience with compliance project management and other compliance operations tools and technologiesAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of employeesAbility to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and knowledge of basic compliance conceptsAbility to work independently on a variety of tasks and drive projects to conclusion with minimal supervisionLife science compliance, or similar industry, experience preferredGood organizational, coordination, and communication skillsGood working knowledge of basic Office Application (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000 to $90,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
