Executive Recruiter Minneapolis MN Hybrid schedule Full time Compensation range: $55K to $100K per year plus uncapped commission Overview A growing recruiting firm is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join the Minneapolis team. This full desk role combines business development with recruiting. You will build relationships with accounting and finance leaders, identify top talent, and connect professionals with the right opportunities. It is a fast paced sales driven position suited for someone who enjoys creating opportunities and closing deals. What You Will Do • Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts • Recruit strong accounting and finance professionals • Manage the full interview and hiring process for your clients and candidates • Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders • Engage through phone outreach, video meetings, and in person conversations • Uphold a high level of professionalism and relationship building What Makes Someone a Strong Match • 2 or more years in sales, staffing, or recruiting with measurable success, or 1 to 4 years in public accounting • Genuine interest in sales and business development • Ability to approach your desk with an ownership mindset • Confident communication across all levels of an organization • Comfort building relationships online and even stronger skills by phone and in person • Motivated, competitive, collaborative, and consistent • Appreciates a positive team environment and good humor What We Offer • Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus potential • Retirement programs including 401K match and employee stock ownership • Medical dental vision life and spending account options • Four weeks of PTO plus paid holidays • Hybrid flexibility following training
