Full-time opportunity for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Join a supportive and collaborative team of physicians and allied health professionals in a rural outpatient setting serving a population of approximately 35,000 Role offers schedule flexibility and a strong focus on work-life balance Hospital-employed position with total compensation opportunity of $146,000+ annually RVU production bonus available based on annual threshold Quality incentives up to $13,500 annually Commencement bonus of $20,000 $8,000 annual CME allowance with paid CME time, plus coverage for licensing, dues, and subscriptions Student loan assistance available Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match and paid malpractice coverage Outpatient rural health clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home setting Four 10-hour workdays per week Average 15"20 patients per day, with scribe support for those averaging 15+ patients daily On-site behavioral health and lab services Full-time, permanent role Epic EMR in use Dedicated 1:1 medical support staff Welcoming town surrounded by the stunning Blue Mountains and the scenic Grande Ronde Valley.
