Primary Purpose and Function The Outpatient Coordinator acts as a liaison between the residential and outpatient programs and ensures all outpatient services are delivered according to program policy. This position reports to the Program Manager.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Oversee Millie’s House PA checklist and ensure PAs who are working at Millie’s have completed all items; troubleshoot with PAs to ensure items get completed Facilitate transfers from the residential to the Outpatient Facility Facilitate transfers from the residential to the Transitional Living Facility Act as a clinical and operational presence at the Outpatient Facility Troubleshoot all issues that arise at the transitional living facility; communicate with Executive Team for solutions Meet briefly with residents at the Transitional Living Facility to ensure they are program compliant; highlight concerns and communicate with the Executive Team Oversee the facilitation of the Transitional Living Facility Community House Meeting Attend Treatment Team; report observations, carry out clinical and operational directives Provide oversight on client needs at the Transitional Living Facility Schedule and coordinate outpatient drug testing; follow up to ensure completion and communicate with Executive Team Coordinate Sponsor Night at the Transitional Living Facility Assist OP clients in establishing outside Psychiatrist Facilitate potential admission tours at the Outpatient and Transitional Living Facility if Client Liaison is out of the office Execute day of admission at all 3 facilities if the Client Liaison is out of the office Reinforce guidelines and policies at the Outpatient Facility (ie: no smoking in the halls, etc.) Manage bed log for Transitional Living Coordinate special events and holidays at the Transitional Living Facility Assist Program Manager with special projects Requirements:

Core Competency

(minimum skills, knowledge and experience needed to perform essential functions and responsibilities) Client intakes & discharges Drug testing Room and belongings searches Crisis management Self administered medication observation Electronic Medical Records Knowledge of HIPAA Requirements, JCAHO and other licensing bodies Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally. Possess a professional demeanor and a collaborative spirit. Have a general understanding and/or training in cultural diversity issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a behavioral health treatment facility preferred. Basic computer skills. Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally with clients, administration. Valid driver’s license and current personal auto insurance. Clean driving record and insurable by our insurance carrier.
