will personally lead a team of Director level professionals who in turn lead dozens of Manager level contributors direct all aspects of project and capital engineering, technology, automation, and expansion activities nationwide manage capital expenditure ( CAPEX ) activities and budget that is usually between $250MM and $500MM annually do more fun and impactful things Requirements Engineering Degree Experience managing CAPEX projects in excess of $100MM Significant experience in any form of high speed manufacturing #LI-SK3
