1.Developing product assembly processand test method strictly in line with product engineering specification； 2. Know about SMT assemblyprocess & single station, such as FUJI NXT, AOI, de-panel, ICT, programming,stencil design and process optimized. 3.Working on the continuousimprovement on SMT assembly line and process optimization to meet companyexpectation on quality, costand productivity； 4. Setup new project & part number SAP P-BOM, Routing, calculate the cycle timeand assembly hour. 5.Guaranteeing the functionof operating equipment including documentation, drafting and updating of flowchart, PFMEA, WI； 6.Know about IPC610 requirement,can training, instructing and supporting PCBA production employees in mattersof production and process engineering. 7. Assist PJM & PJO to complete thework related the new customer development ( SMT set up, trial run, full run, WI,production release etc.) ensuring the project targets are being achieved or overachieved. 8. Actively identifying claims potentialresulting from SMT engineering changes. 9. Familiar with MES & MSL software 10. Preparing SMT Run & Rate,obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for process approval / qualificationof the start of production. Lead Manufacturing Engineer SMT Location Xiamen, China

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 1.Bachelordegree or above； 2.Atleast 5 year’sexperience on SMT Manufacturing Engineering； 3.Good English skill would be better.
