We believe our Guiding Principles foster a culture of excellence that benefits both employees and customers.Our Guiding PrinciplesAct with Integrity & in ComplianceDrive Value CreationBe Disciplined EntrepreneursFocus on the CustomerAct with HumilityTreat others with Dignity and RespectSeeking Fulfillment in your WorkThe Process Engineer will lead the planning and implementation of new production lines, coordinate with project managers to ensure appropriate platforms and processes are selected for new products, and will diagnose, troubleshoot, & solve production process issues.Essential Function - Roles/ResponsibilitiesFoster a Culture in which all Company employees share common purpose & comply with applicable laws & our Guiding Principles;Consults regarding business process engineering, process measurements, change management, education and training; Identifies opportunities for business process improvement; Ensure compliance to quality standards;Support development of new products and develop processes for plastic forming processes and secondary processes;Assist in the implementation of cross functions; Directs the management of outsourced projects;Incorporates a common process methodology in all re-engineering processes;Work with plant leaders and Engineering during transfer of new processes to Production;Plan and carry out experiments and provide data analysis to define new process parameters and control limits;Provides upgrades to process controls; Use statistical methods for product and process analysis;Develop resolution to routine technical problems and execute solutions within developed timelines;Participate in reviews of product designs and mold designs for assigned projects;Take responsibility for own personal and professional growth; Actively participate in internal departmental activities; Participate in project reviews and department meetings; Work independently and under minimal to no supervision;Trains blow mold operators and equipment mechanics.Other duties as assigned by leadership.Qualifications:Required:High school diploma or GED equivalentA minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operationsPreferred:Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Performance Management 6 SigmaGood Manufacturing Practices Root Cause Analysis Safety Awareness & Intervention Problem SolvingAnalytical Driving Toward Success Training Machine OperatorsCreating a Learning Environment Influencing Others Process Systems & DevelopmentBachelor's Degree in Engineering Managed Quality Improvement Build & Lead Teams Preventive & Predictive Maintenance CMMS Project ManagementWe Believe in Rewarding our Most Important Resource - Our People We show our commitment to Total Rewards by providing a competitive, comprehensive benefits package.
