Responsibilities

  • Conduct full and updated title searches.
  • Draft and review title commitments, reports, and closing documents.
  • Assist with preparing conveyancing materials and real estate closing paperwork.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience, with experience with commercial real estate and/or title work preferred.
  • Exposure to NH Title Examination Standards (knowledge of MA REBA is a bonus).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelors degree, paralegal certification, and title producer license preferred.

This role is ideal for someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
