Overview Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Inventory Clerk Location: Frederick, MD (Fully Onsite) Schedule: MondayFriday Pay Rate: $21$23/hour Type: Contract-to-Hire Start Date: Immediate Base pay range $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Inventory Clerk to join our team in Frederick, MD. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Accurately document and label incoming and outgoing inventory using internal systems. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and tracking. Prepare items for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with carriers. Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
